Manuka Honey and Coconut Oil-based balm that promotes healing.  Manuka Honey is known for its AntiMicrobial and AntiBacterial properties, which can aid in the reduction of skin afflictions such as bacterial infections and yeast infections. A little goes a long way with these products.  Simply apply to the affected area and massage it well.  Safe if ingested.
